Startups program policy
Startups connected with our Miro Startup Program partners are eligible for $1,000 credit.
If you are not connected to one of our startup program partners, you can still apply as an individual startup for $500 credit.
Your credit should be activated within 6 months.
One startup is eligible for one credit.
How to apply for the Startups program
Individual startups can apply for the program online. Your request will be reviewed within 15 days.
If you're connected to one of our Miro Startup Program partners, you can request the application form directly from your accelerator, incubator or venture capitalist.
While you wait for your application to be reviewed, you can still register with Miro and access our Free plan.
Once your application is approved, you will receive a notification email with a link to the payment page. You can upgrade your team either by following the link or from the dashboard. You may choose any plan, but we recommend the Starter plan. The Starter plan is designed for small teams and includes all basic paid features. On the payment page, you'll see a note that the $1,000 or $500 credit will be applied to your purchase.
⚠️ The credit is tied to the email address indicated in the application form. If the upgrade is made by another user, it may result in an unwanted credit card charge.

Frequently asked questions
What if my purchase is more than $1,000/$500?
The coupon code is only valid for $1,000. Anything above that amount will be paid out of pocket. For example, for a team of 20 the yearly payment for Starter Plan is $1,920. Therefore you will need to pay the difference of $920.
What if my purchase is less than $1,000/$500?
The coupon can be used until the limit of $1000 is reached.
What if I decide to change my plan later?
Changing your plan (downgrade or upgrade) will result in the forfeiture of the promotion.
How many team members can I invite?
You can invite as many people as you need. For example, Miro’s Starter Plan costs $10 per member per month paid monthly. So, for a team of 20, $1,000 in credit represents 5 months of free Miro on a monthly subscription.
Сan I upgrade with a certain number of members, then add more members later with the same credit?
Yes, you can buy several seats (licenses) and then add more seats using the credit. When you reach the credit limit ($1,000 or $500), your card will start getting charged.
Can I only upgrade to the Starter plan if I participate in the program?
If you follow the link from the email stating that your application has been approved, you will be redirected to the Starter Plan purchase page. However, you can choose any other plan - you simply need to upgrade your team from the dashboard.
