Consultant plan features
A team in Miro is a collection of boards and projects created by users that are part of this team. The Consultant plan allows you to create a separate workspace for each client and supports built-in team privacy: users from Team A are not able to see users in Team B, even though both Teams are under the Consultant plan umbrella.
✏️ A user who is a member of several teams within your Consultant account requires one paid license only.
Inviting Users on the Consultant plan
The plan provides several ways of sharing your work with other users.
- Inviting team members with Full or Occasional license (available with Day Passes enabled)
When inviting new members to you Consultant account, you can choose the type of license for these users - Full or Occasional (with a Day Pass). If you are planning to collaborate with a person on a regular basis, feel free to select the Full license for them. If the invitee needs access to your account several times a month, you may add them with on Occasional license. The user will consume Day Passes ($3 each) when opening boards on which they have editor rights. One Day Pass equals 24-hour access to the account. At any time, you can switch an existing user between Full and Occasional. Their experience will not change at all, because this update only affects how you pay for their license.

Make your board public and share the link with your collaborators - anyone with the board link will be able to view/comment/edit the board depending on the access level you select.
