A Day Pass is a specific user license that conveys all the functionalities of a Full license with a time limit. One Day Pass equals 24-hour access to the shared content within a Consultant account no matter how many times you log in or out.
Day Passes are a perfect fit for collaborators that seek out a fast, easy, and—most importantly—secure way to contribute to each other's workflow on a temporary basis. Day Passes might provide an excellent solution when you are planning to conduct a workshop, seminar, or a brainstorming session.
Each time you invite new members to your team, you can choose the type of license for these users - Full (chosen by default) or Occasional (with a Day Pass).

Please note that Day Passes only work with an active subscription.
When the admin disables Day Passes altogether, every Occasional (Non-Team) user in the account will be able to keep their access until their Day Pass expires. After that, their access rights will be limited to View and Comment only. As for new invitees, the moment you disable Day Passes your collaborators will be able to join boards as Viewers only.
You can (de)activate your account's Day Passes with a toggle switch:
- from the purchasing tab (pricing page or direct Upgrade of your team),
- in the Billing section of your Account settings,
- when inviting new users.

You will be charged monthly, on the last day of the month, for the amount of Day Passes used.
