Available for: Enterprise plan
If you have users who require only a few days of participation in a project, there’s no need to pay for monthly or yearly licenses for those users. With the dedicated Occasional license they will have full functionality of daily access using Day Passes.
1 Day Pass on Occasional license = 24 hours of access to the shared editable boards
One Day Pass equals 24 hours of editing access to the shared boards no matter how many times your user logs in/logs out. Please note that Day Passes are used only if the user accessed the board as an owner/editor. If they accessed the board as a viewer/commenter this will not count towards Day Pass usage.
To get a pack of Day Passes, please go to your Company Settings and click Contact me about Day Passes. The amount of Day Passes will be renewed together with the main subscription (every year or every month, depending on your plan).

-
If your subscription includes a package of Day Passes and you invite new people to a Enterprise account they will be assigned to Occasional license and Member role by default. You can switch them to Full license or Non-Team Users any time.
-
If your Non-Team Users are on the Free license, they are not able to edit boards. Editing is available starting from the Occasional license.

You can switch Company Admins between the Full and Occasional licenses by clicking ‘Change to Occasional Member’ or ‘Change to Full Member’ in the bulk actions.
