Business plan is the best starting point for teams that need extra security and flexibility on the user management side of their enterprise.

⚠️ Over the next several months, we’re gradually rolling out our new Business plan, and migrating our existing Business plan users. If you purchased the plan recently, you may already have access to the new Business plan features.

- Guest access: invite external collaborators securely. This gives them access only to specific shared boards, private or public. Because sign-in is required, you can see who has access to which boards.

Why choose Business plan?
The new Business plan is ideal for when you need to scale collaboration beyond your team securely - using trusted technologies like SSO and a secure Guest role for collaboration with external collaborators.
|SAML-based Single Sign-On||The new Business plan allows you to provide your team members with access to Miro through an identity provider of your choice.|
|Invite your clients or partners outside your team to collaborate safely on certain boards without the need to invite them as team members.|
|With self-serve invoicing, you can fully manage your subscription via Billing settings and pay your invoice with an ACH credit transfer, wire transfer, or credit card.|
|A team in Miro is a collection of boards and projects created by users that are part of this team. Company Admins on new Business plan can create multiple teams within their subscription - this is extremely helpful when working with clients on different projects or for organizing work with different teams or functional units. You can create separate teams for separate projects or multiple teams to share a larger project. Learn more about how to configure multiple teams.|
Business Plan updates
We currently have two versions of our business plan. We will transition all of old Business plan subscriptions to the new Business plan. For now, our old Business plan users will continue to enjoy their existing features, and more information will be shared with your admin.
Switching to the new Business Plan
If you're currently an old Business plan user, you don't need to do anything. We'll manage the transition from the old Business plan to the new Business plan for all customers in the near future. When we do this, we'll move all teams to the new plan with their SSO set-up intact, and guests and members will retain their roles.
What if I want access to the new Business plan features now?
If you'd like to start using the new Business plan features now, you can cancel your current subscription, wait until it's expired, downgrade to a free plan, and then purchase a new Business plan subscription. However, if you currently have SSO, you will need to reconfigure the setup. Additionally, any guests you’ve added to your team will become full team members and will take up a paid seat (license).
