Consultant plan Company Admins can create multiple teams within their subscription - this is extremely helpful for working with different clients or for organizing your team content. While both Company and Team Admins can manage Team-level settings, the option to configure Company-level attributes is available for Company Admins only. See below how this works on Consultant plan.

By clicking the Team name on your dashboard, you will open Team-level settings. From here, you can access 4 tabs: Team profile, Active users, Apps & Integrations, Permissions.

Change the team name and logo, leave the team or delete it in the Team profile. Please note that removal of a team on Consultant plan doesn't require email confirmation and leads to permanent deletion of the content stored within the team.

In the Active users tab on the Team level, you can:
- see user info
- invite new members to the team
- grant Team Admin rights
- remove members. Note that removing a member on the Team level doesn't lead to full deletion of the user from the account. To completely remove the member and release a seat, please go to Company settings > Active users.

Apps & Integrations
In the Apps & Integration tab, Team and Company Admins can:
- install new apps for your team
- decide who can install apps for your team by toggling the Allow non-admins to install apps option.
- uninstall apps by choosing it on the list - this will open the app profile where you will find the button Uninstall for team

The Permissions section looks different for Team and Company Admins. Team Admins who are not Company Admins can manage board and project sharing settings and board content settings. At the same time, Company Admins also have the ability to configure Team sign-up mode and Invitation settings.
When configuring the Invitation settings Company Admins can define who can invite new members to the team and trigger the purchase of new licenses as well as allow or forbid non-team collaborators in the team.

To get to Company settings, click Company in the top-left corner of Team settings. You will see the list of all teams that belong to your Consultant account. From there Company Admins can also access Company profile, Billing, Actives users, and Invitations sections.

Open Company profile to change the Company name and logo and view Subscription details: the current plan, the number of purchased and allocated licenses, the subscription expiration date as well as the number of Full, Occasional members and Non-team users.

In the Billing section, Company Admins and Billing Admins can view detailed subscription information and change subscription details such as account size, type of billing, invoice details. To learn more about the way you can manage your subscription, please visit this article.
Company Admins can also enable Day Passes and start inviting Occasional users.

Active users & Invitations
Open the Active users tab to see the list of all users that have neem invited to your account teams or boards. Here you can convert Non-team users to Members and vice versa, add users to teams, change user licenses, promote and revoke Company Admin, and remove users.

You can use Filters to see all users with a particular license, role, from a certain team, or active/inactive ones.

Feel free to make changes in bulk by selecting several users and choosing an option in the Bulk actions menu:

Export the list of your Active users in CSV format.

In the Invitations section, you will find the list of unregistered users that have been invited to your account. As soon as a user signs up with Miro, their email gets deleted from the list. Until this happens, you can revoke the invitation at any time and release the allocated license.

To view the list of all your teams, open switch to the Teams tab. From there you can go to the settings of any team created within your subscription and create a new team.

How to create a new team
There are three simple ways to create a new team in your Consultant account.
1) From Company settings > Teams by clicking the corresponding button in the top-right corner of your screen.
2) From your dashboard by clicking the plus icon on the left sidebar of your dashboard to create a new team within your Consultant subscription.

Enter the team name and choose an account where a new team will be created. Click Create team.

The team will be created right away and you will be suggested to invite new members to it.
3) From Company settings > Active users: select users that you would like to add to your new team, and choose Create new team in Bulk actions.
