You can always check Miro's availability status on the Status page. If no issue is being reported, but you still experience endless loading with your boards or cannot load your dashboard, try the steps below.
If you cannot access Miro in a browser
- Open Miro in the Incognito (private) mode and/or in a different browser.
If Miro works in Incognito mode or in a different browser, clear your browser's cache & cookies. See below how to clear Miro website data in Chrome:
1. Go to https://miro.com/ and open the Developer tools of Chrome (Command + Option + J on Mac, Ctrl + Shift + J on Windows).
2. Choose the tab Application > Storage. You will see the blue button Clear site data. Click the button and this should remove any data of Miro saved in your Chrome browser so you could start a new working session. After that, you should be able to successfully access Miro.

You may also need to update the browser to the latest version or disable certain extensions. Please check the list of supported browsers on this page. - Check your Internet connection. If your network bandwidth doesn't reach the minimum of 8 Mb/s, switch to another, preferably faster network.
- Check if your connection supports WebSockets and follow troubleshooting steps from the article if it does not.
- Check with your IT department if your company uses firewalls or a proxy that may block Miro. Follow these guidelines to allowlist Miro or provide a by-pass.
- Make sure your device meets the system requirements:
- CPU - 3 GHz (2 cores/4 threads)
- RAM Memory - 8 GB
- If you access Miro on a laptop, make sure that you are not in power-saving mode but instead in high performance.
- If you experience problems with specific boards, try duplicating them and see if the problem persists on the copy.
- If the issue persists, contact Miro Support and send us the browser console logs.
If you cannot access Miro on the Desktop app
- Check if you see the same issue with Miro using a web-version. If you cannot access Miro from the web version, try the steps above.
- If you don’t experience any issues in a browser, reset the app data.
- If the issue persists, try to delete and re-install the app.
If you cannot access Miro on the Tablet/Mobile app
- Check your Internet connection. If your network bandwidth doesn't reach the minimum of 8 Mb/s, switch to another, preferably faster network.
- Make sure your device meets the technical requirements:
- for Miro on tablets:
- 6 GB RAM
- iOS 12.0 or higher, Android 6.0 or higher, Windows 10 version 1607 or higher
- Screen resolution of 768×1024 pixels or higher - For Miro on mobile:
- iOS 12.0 or higher
- Android 6.0 or higher - Delete the app from your device and re-install it again.
