As a Company Admin for an Enterprise subscription, you have the ability to approve and pre-install third-party applications from the Miro Marketplace for your teams. This can streamline the process for your members, giving them access to tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Slack without needing to request individual approvals. Pre-installing apps that your teams already use or are known to be beneficial can save time and ensure a consistent toolset across your organization.

Install apps from the Miro Marketplace
The Miro Marketplace is your central resource for discovering and connecting over 150 applications designed to enhance your Miro experience on an Enterprise subscription. Follow these steps to pre-install apps for your organization:
- Go to the Miro Marketplace. Ensure that you are signed in to Miro with your Company Admin account.
- Find the app you wish to install. You can do this in one of the following ways:
- Use the search bar to look for a specific app by name.
- Browse apps by navigating the Collections, Categories, Use Case, or Pricing Model sections on the left-hand side of the Marketplace page.
- Select the app you want to install from the search results or category listings.
You will be directed to the app's dedicated page, where you can review its key features, pricing information, and developer details. - Select the Connect button (or a similar call to action like "Install" or "Add to Miro").

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation and authorization process.
✏️ Note: The final steps for connecting an app can vary depending on the specific application or integration. For example, you might need to sign into an external account associated with the app, or configure specific preferences within Miro, such as app notifications or permissions.
- (Optional) Repeat steps 2-5 for each additional app you want to pre-install for your organization.
You have successfully pre-installed an app from the Miro Marketplace. Members of your organization will now have access to this app based on the approval settings.
