The Adobe Express integration enables you to seamlessly work on images and videos within Adobe Express without leaving your Miro board. This allows for a more streamlined creative workflow, keeping all your assets and project discussions in one collaborative space.
Give your team two flexible ways to enhance visuals in Miro using Adobe Express:
- Quick image editor
Make fast edits like cropping, object removal, image adjustments, and AI-powered tools without leaving the board. Most tools work without an Adobe login. - Full Adobe Express experience
Launch the full creative workspace inside Miro to access templates, brand kits, multi-page design, and video tools. Great for teams that need editable, on-brand content.
Both options keep assets connected to your board, making it easy to update visuals, stay aligned, and move work forward in one place.

) icon on the Creation toolbar.

💡 You can tell whether an image on the canvas was originally created in Adobe Express when the Adobe Express icon appears in the context menu.
Edit videos with Adobe Express
You can also edit video assets originally from Adobe Express on your board using the Adobe Express integration. Here's how:
- Select an existing Adobe Express video asset on your Miro canvas.
The context menu for the video will appear. - Click the Pencil icon in the context menu.
- Choose one of the available options to edit the video with Adobe Express.
Collaborate on Adobe Express projects
Learn how to invite others to collaborate on your Adobe Express projects directly from the Miro integration:
- Open the Adobe Express project from your Miro board.
- Within the Adobe Express editing interface, click the Invite option.
- A shareable link for your project will be generated.
Share this link with your collaborators.
✏️ Only the person who initiated the collaborative session can save the changes back to the Miro board.
⚠️ When someone begins editing an Adobe Express asset on your Miro board, it automatically locks to prevent simultaneous changes. However, if a user edits the project directly in Adobe Express (outside of Miro) while another person is editing it through the Miro integration, the last person to save their changes will override any previous edits.
