You can download exported boards individually or use bulk download to save time. With bulk download, the system packages all boards from an export job into a single archive, so you don’t need to download each board one by one. This option helps admins manage large exports more efficiently by keeping all boards together in one place, making them easier to store, share, and access.
Download exported boards into a single archive (bulk download)
Bulk download lets you save all boards from a completed export job into one archive, instead of downloading each board individually.
✏️ Notes:
- Exported boards are available for 14 days.
- Bulk download is available only after all boards in the board export job have finished and before the board export results expire.
- If the total archive size is larger than 50 GB, the system automatically splits the file into several smaller archives.
- Click your profile avatar, and then click Admin console.
- On the left sidebar, click Enterprise Guard, and then click eDiscovery.
- Click the Cases tab.
The list of cases appear. - Open the case where the export was started.
- Click the Exports tab.
- Click the export job that contains the boards you want to download.
The export job details page appears. - When the export job is complete, the Download boards button appears active. Click the Download boards to download all boards from the board export job in a single archive.
The system prepares the archive after you start the download. Once the download finishes, open the archive file to access your boards. Each board is stored as a separate folder within the package.
Download exported boards individually
- Click your profile avatar, and then click Admin console.
- On the left sidebar, click Enterprise Guard, and then click eDiscovery.
- Click the Cases tab.
The list of cases appear. - Open the case where the export was started.
- Click the Exports tab.
- Click the export job that contains the boards you want to download.
The export job details page appears. - When the board is ready for download, the download icon appears active (not grayed out). Click the download button for each board you want to download.
