The Glean integration for Miro brings the power of Glean's AI-powered search directly into your Miro boards. You can access and use knowledge from across your company's apps right within the Miro canvas, boosting your team's productivity and collaboration. By connecting Miro with Glean, you can centralize knowledge from over 100 source systems. This reduces the time your team spends switching between tools and helps accelerate projects from idea to outcome.

The Glean integration aims to bring enterprise and public knowledge directly into Miro workflows, enhancing the innovation process by providing quick and efficient access to relevant insights.
- Chat-based interface: Interact with Glean in a conversational chat interface, allowing you to iterate on responses and refine outputs.
- Insight summaries: Create insight summaries relevant to your work with a single click, improving productivity and decision-making.
- Source navigation: Easily review the sources used to generate information and navigate directly to the original data from Miro. You can also view and copy links to sources, and drag-and-drop them onto the canvas.
Use the Glean integration
Once the integration is set up by your administrator, you can start using Glean within your Miro boards.
- In the Creation bar, select Tools, Media and Integrations (+).
- Search for Glean.
- If it's your first time using the app, select Connect Glean to initiate authorization.
You will be moved to a dialog window with your Single Sign-On (SSO) authorization. - Use the chat-based interface to ask questions and find information from your connected workplace apps.
- Refine Glean's responses by modifying prompts to ensure the generated content meets your specific needs.
- Go to sources directly from the chat-based interface or drag-and-drop them directly to the canvas.
- Convert the Glean response into a Miro Doc directly onto your board. Alternatively, select Create with Miro AI to generate sticky notes or a diagram.
✏️ Create with Miro AI is only available when Miro AI is enabled.
Limitations
- We currently support the following SSO providers: Okta, Azure, and Google.
- Some features of this integration are in beta.

- We encouraged you to provide feedback to help improve the integration through the app's feedback mechanisms.
- If your organization uses custom apps, you can use the Miro Developer Platform to link Miro to your own Large Language Model (LLM).
