Miro Enterprise licenses are now named Accelerate and Collaborate.
Accelerate is Miro's primary Enterprise license, built for the full range of work Enterprise teams run every day, from managing roadmaps and portfolios to designing best-in-class user experiences and strengthening technical system architecture, through AI Workflows, Prototypes, and purpose-built capabilities all connected to the tools you already use. Collaborate includes the core Miro experience: boards, diagramming, workshops, and creating together. It also includes Engage sessions for up to 50 participants and Nesting in tables.
Note: If you're on one of our legacy plans, this blog explains how this impacts your organization.

FAQ
Why were Standard and Advanced renamed to Collaborate and Accelerate?
The rename makes it clearer what each license is for: Collaborate for core collaboration and planning, Accelerate for AI-powered acceleration of product development workflows. It's a packaging and naming update only: your pricing, contract, and renewal terms are unaffected, and the entitlements added as part of this update (like Engage and Nesting in tables) come at no additional cost.
Does my entire organization need to move to the Accelerate license?
Accelerate is Miro's primary Enterprise license, built for the full range of work Enterprise teams run every day, from managing roadmaps and portfolios to designing best-in-class user experiences and strengthening technical system architecture, through AI Workflows, Prototypes, and purpose-built capabilities all connected to the tools you already use. We recommend that you talk to your Account Manager about what best suits your organization's requirements.
We pay for add-ons today. Do we lose access?
No. Add-ons are purchased at the organization level, and that access carries over for everyone in the organization, whichever license they hold.
If I'm on a legacy license, do I need to do anything with my Miro Enterprise licenses right now?
No immediate action is required. Standard and Advanced licenses are renamed to Collaborate and Accelerate automatically, with no changes to pricing or contract terms. Nothing is taken away: every license gains new features at no additional cost. For more information on how this impacts your organization, see this blog.
How do I try Accelerate?
If a user tries to use any feature that belongs to the Accelerate license, they will be given the option to notify admins that they'd like to try out Accelerate.
Contact your account team, who can arrange an organization-level trial in your production environment, using your real boards and data. AI features stay off until an admin enables them, and the trial expires automatically at the end.
How does feature beta access work for the Enterprise Plan going forward?
As Miro releases new capabilities into beta, each one will be clearly labeled with a beta tag. If a beta feature is designated Collaborate, it will remain part of your license at no additional cost when it launches. If it is designated Accelerate, you can continue to use and evaluate it during the beta period, with the understanding that ongoing access after general availability will require an Accelerate license. We are committed to communicating this clearly upfront so you can plan accordingly.
