Streamline team collaboration in Miro by connecting your Google Contacts. This integration makes inviting friends and colleagues to your boards much easier by allowing you to quickly access your Gmail contacts from within the Miro app.
How to connect your Google Contacts
Follow these steps to link your Gmail profile and enable quick access to your contacts:
- Navigate to your Profile settings and open the Integrations page.

Find Google Contacts in the list of available integrations and click Connect.
Google Contacts in personal integrations - You will be redirected to Google. Choose the Google account you wish to connect and grant Miro the necessary permissions to access your contacts data. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the authorization.
How to use Google Contacts
Once your Google Contacts are connected, sharing boards becomes more efficient:
The integration enables an auto-complete feature in the board Share dialog. When you begin typing an email address to invite collaborators, Miro will automatically suggest matching contacts from your linked Gmail account, helping you fill in the addresses quickly.
