Migrate your Conceptboard content seamlessly into Miro for a more robust collaboration experience.
⚠️ Editing imported content is one-way. Changes made in Miro will not sync back to Conceptboard.
✏️ Conceptboard boards under Free or Restricted licenses can be migrated.
Bulk import from Conceptboard to Miro
- Access the Conceptboard boards you wish to export.
- Click Board, Export, and Export board as PDF.
- Go to your Miro dashboard.
- In the left-hand menu, select Import board, and then choose Conceptboard.
- In the modal that appears, either click Browse to open the file picker and select your PDF files, or drag and drop your PDFs into the modal.
- Use the Choose project dropdown to select a specific project where your imported boards will be added. If you do not select a project, the boards will automatically be added to your Team.
- Click on Create boards to start the import process.
- A modal will appear to inform you that the boards are being imported. You will receive an email notification once the import is complete and your new Miro boards are ready.

Limitations
While Conceptboard and Miro offer similar functionalities, some differences may exist:
- Miro Text boxes can accommodate up to 6,000 characters, including spaces. Any additional text will be cropped.
- Colors and opacity levels are mapped to their nearest matches.
- Miro sticky notes do not support rotation or color palette adjustments.
