Sensitive Content admins can create custom labels to efficiently automate the identification and labeling of Miro boards containing sensitive information specific to your business, including intellectual property. A custom label can be tagged as either Privacy-related or Business-sensitive, depending on the kind of information it detects. With custom labels, you can:
- Use custom searches to detect sensitive data specific to your business.
- Add conditions, such as contains JIRA cards, contains code blocks, contains Azure cards, or contains Prototyping Screens, along with keywords and widget types to refine data discovery results for greater precision.
- Manage all custom labels alongside built-in labels in one centralized location for easy organization and control.
✏️ You can create up to 100 custom labels in total, regardless of category.
