Miro Copilot plugin for Microsoft Teams search

Enable the Miro Copilot plugin for Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) to use the following features:

• NLP-powered search
  Use prompts in Copilot to query for Miro content.
• Embedded preview with board metadata
  Instantly view context and seamlessly zoom in for deeper analysis.
• Search Miro board content with Copilot
  Search Miro by keyword, date modified, or title. Returns reference boards that match your criteria.

How to set up the Miro plugin for Copilot

Prerequisites

In Microsoft Teams, ensure that you add the Miro application, and connect your Miro account.

Follow these steps:

1. In MS Teams, select Apps (+).
   The Apps panel opens.
2. Search for Miro.
3. In the search results, for Miro select Add.
   The Miro app modal opens.
4. Select Add.
   You are redirected to the Miro app view.
5. From the Miro app view, log in to your Miro account.
   Your Miro account connects to MS teams.
   
   You have successfully added the Miro app to MS Teams, and connected your account.

Procedure

To enable the Miro plugin for Copilot, follow these steps:

1. In Copilot, in the chat dialog box select the plugin menu. 
   The Plugins dialog opens.
2. Search for Miro.
3. Toggle Miro to the on position.
   
   You have successfully enabled the Miro plugin for Copilot.
