Who can access Miro Recap 2024?
Miro Recap 2024 is available to a select group of highly active users on Free, Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans. Recap is personal and designed for individual users only.
Currently, there is no team or company-level Recap.

Where can I access my Recap?
To access your Recap, go to miro.com/recap24.
On desktop, you can also access your Recap directly from the Miro dashboard.
Select Your 2024 recap is ready.
Access your Miro 2024 Recap from the Miro home dashboard.
Is my Recap private?
Yes, only you can see your Recap. Recap data is based on your account activity, and is not shared with other Miro users.
Your Team or Company admin cannot access your personal usage metrics.
Miro Recap 2024 data highlights explained
Recap highlights your aggregated key collaboration and activity metrics. Miro processes usage metrics in accordance with the Miro Privacy Policy.
The following list explains each Recap data point:

Number of Collaborators
Total number of unique registered users who participated in your collaboration sessions -
Time Spent Collaborating
Approximate time spent in collaboration sessions, including registered and non-registered participants -
Top Collaborators
Users who collaborated with you the most, showing time spent and boards shared. Registered users only -
Top Features Used
The tools, widgets, and features you engaged with the most -
Peak Activity Day
The day of the week when you were most active on average -
Most Active Month
The month in 2024 when you were most active -
Top Reaction Used
The reaction you used most frequently on boards -
Top Template Used
The template you used most -
Number of Boards You’ve Worked On
Total number of boards you visited for viewing, commenting, or editing -
Number of Countries You’ve Collaborated across
Total number of countries where you or your participants collaborated. Location is estimated by IP address. The measure does not account for tools that may alter your location, like VPN. -

How to share your Miro 2024 Recap
To share your Recap, follow these steps:
- Go to your Miro 2024 Recap.
- At the final frame called My Miro 2024 year in review, select Copy and share.
The Recap copies. - Select a social channel to share your Recap.
- (Optional) Add a personal message to your post.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to post your Recap.
You have successfully shared your Miro 2024 Recap.
