Use Intelligent Guardrails to block all AI-powered interactions in Miro when you need to protect sensitive or classified data. This setting disables AI across the workspace while allowing teams to continue working without AI assistance.
What changes
- All Miro AI features are disabled, including text generation, image recognition, and smart suggestions.
- Users cannot access, activate, or invoke any AI-powered tools.
- Existing AI-generated content remains on boards. Users can view, move, or manually edit it, but cannot use Miro AI to update it.
- Applies to everyone, including board owners and co-owners.
