Miro uses the system of recurring payments - your card is automatically charged at the end of every billing period. If you'd like to stop further renewals, cancel your subscription in the settings. Here's how you can do that.
Set up by: Account admin, Billing admin
Go to the Account settings > Billing > Overview and click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page. Click Cancel subscription on the pop-up that will appear to confirm the cancellation. The account admins will receive an email notification What made you cancel your Miro subscription.

On Consultant plan, to get to Billing settings, you need to open Company settings first.
Canceling Consultant plan subscription
Once the subscription is set to be canceled, you cannot change team size/enable Day Passes/change plan unless you re-activate it.
Please note that you will not get a refund for unused time but will be able to use paid features until the end of the paid period. When the billing period ends, your account will be locked and you will be able to downgrade it to Free plan or renew your subscription at any moment. More information can be found here: What Happens When Subscription Expires.
⚠️ Note that removing your profile will not end your subscription. To stop automatic payments, you need to cancel your subscription first.
✏️ If you experience issues canceling your subscription, you can contact Miro Support.
✏️ You'll be able to re-activate your subscription before it's expired whenever you wish in the Overview tab of the Billing settings.
