Sometimes users who connect Miro with Google (by logging in with their Google Account or using Google integrations) receive the following error message:
An error message during Google authorization
In this case, the best solution is to remove all Google Accounts associated with Miro and set it up again. Here's a step-by-step instruction on how to do it:
1. Go to your Google Account.
2. Open the Security tab.
3. Go to the Third-party apps with account access section and click Manage third-party access.
4. Choose RealtimeBoard and click Remove Access.
As an additional step, please remove all Google integrations in the Integrations section of your Miro Profile Settings.
Log out from your Google accounts
Having gone through the suggested steps, feel free to re-associate your Miro account with your Google account.
We understand that the proposed procedure might seem quite effort- and time-consuming, but the reward will be getting your Google Drive integration back to work.
