If you access Miro in a browser, it is possible that your browser is set to delete cooking after closing. For example, see Chrome's article about it here | Your Miro working session is kept in the browser's memory, so if that's cleared you have to start a new session and authenticate anew which requires entering your credentials. However, if your cookies are allowed and saved, Miro will be able not to ask you to log in again for up to 2 weeks (while still being able to provide you with all the app updates) |

If you could not find your case or solution in the table above, please try to log in to Miro using another browser or incognito mode. 1. Open https://miro.com. Open the Developer tools of Chrome.
2. Then choose the tab called Application > Storage. You will see the blue button called Clear Site Data.
3. Click the button, and this should remove any data of Miro saved in your Chrome browser so you can start a new working session.
