Miro’s Support Policy sets out which countries and regions we actively support. To comply with applicable export control and economic sanctions laws, we cannot support users attempting to access Miro from countries and regions not falling under Miro’s Support Policy.
Miro applies IP-based geoblocks to prevent registration and access to its services from certain countries and regions such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and parts of Ukraine, as part of our broader approach to sanctions risk management.
Miro currently provides access from the countries and regions listed in our Support Policy.
Individuals located in unsupported countries will not be able to log into or register for Miro, access the Miro website, or contact Miro Support. This applies to guests, members, and admins.
Your organization's subscription and seat capacity will remain active. Where applicable, affected seats and administrator roles may be reassigned to eligible Users in a supported country. If your organization is encountering issues with reassigning an affected seat, please contact your Miro contact or Support from a supported country.
