When a Miro board is added as a tab in your Webex team space and access settings are configured, all team members within the Webex space will be able to interact with the Miro board.
To collaborate as a registered user, team members can either sign in or create a Miro profile. Otherwise, members in your Webex space can collaborate as a visitor on a board.
How to disable Miro in Webex Messaging
By default, members can add tabs and apps with Miro boards. Read more about Webex Tab controls. If you don't want users to access the web through the embedded browser in Webex Messaging, you can turn off the toggle in Control Hub.
