With the Miro for Webex Messaging integration, add live collaborative Miro boards as tabs in Webex team spaces to capture ideas together with your team without toggling between apps. Access existing boards or create a new one for you and your Webex team with the right access settings. Unregistered users or those not logged in can collaborate easily as a guest collaborator in Miro in the Webex tab.
Available for: all Miro plans; available by default for all Webex plans and users, unless Webex apps turned off by admin.

Where to find Miro in Webex messaging
Read more about Miro tab setting controls on the Webex Help Center.
To add your Miro board, click on apps in a Webex team space within Webex Messaging and select Miro.
Once Miro’s app is open, Webex users have the option to sign in or sign up for Miro to add a Miro board to their team space.
Existing Miro users need to sign in to see their boards or create a new one. This will redirect them to their system browser where we request them to sign in to Miro. You can link to any team from the Webex space.
Webex users will automatically have access to the Webex App Hub in the Webex App to add Miro to their Webex team space. Access to Miro’s app can be turned off through the Webex admin controls.
How to use the integration
Existing Miro users can leverage the full experience within Webex. After signing in and connecting Miro to Webex, team members can create a new board or choose an existing board.
Define the appropriate access settings for your Miro board within Webex. You can choose between four options: Anyone in Webex can edit/comment/view or Private (which means that the sharing settings will be as on the Miro side).
When a Miro board is added as a tab in your Webex team space and access settings are configured, all team members within the Webex space will be able to interact with the Miro board.
To collaborate as a registered user, team members can either sign in or sign up for a Miro account. Otherwise, members in your Webex space can collaborate as an anonymous Guest editor on a board.
How to disable Miro in Webex Messaging
By default, members can add tabs and apps with Miro boards. Read more about Webex Tab controls. If you don't want users to access the web through the embedded browser in Webex Messaging, you can turn off the toggle in Control Hub.
- From the customer view at https://admin.webex.com, go to Apps.
- Under Tabs, turn off the toggle switch*.
✏️ By turning off the toggle switch, you're only removing Apps from view. If you turn it on again later, all Apps and tabs that had already been added to spaces are restored.
