Migrate your Lucidspark content seamlessly into Miro for a more robust collaboration experience.
⚠️ Editing imported content is one-way. Changes made in Miro will not sync back to Lucidspark.
✏️ Lucidspark boards under Free or Restricted licenses can be migrated.
Import from Lucidspark to Miro
✏️ Any user with edit access to both the Lucidspark and Miro boards should be able to copy content from Lucidspark and paste it into Miro.
Available for: Free, Starter, Business, Education, and Enterprise plans
- Access the Lucidspark board you wish to export.
- Select all the content you wish to export to Miro using the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + A (Windows) or Command + A (Mac).
- Right-click on the selected content and choose Copy, or use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + C (Windows) or Command + C (Mac).
- Open a new or existing Miro Board where you intend to import the content.
- Right-click on the Miro Board and select Paste, or use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + V (Windows) or Command + V (Mac).
- Review the imported content and make any necessary adjustments. While Lucidspark and Miro have similar functionalities, there still may be differences in styling and formatting options. Refer to How Lucidspark objects appear in Miro for guidance.

Bulk import from Lucidspark to Miro
Available for: Starter, Business, Education, and Enterprise plans

- Access the Lucidspark boards you wish to export.
- Click Download as, and save as PDF.
- Open your Miro dashboard.
- In the left-hand menu, select Import board, and then choose Lucidspark.
- In the modal that appears, either click Browse to open the file picker and select your PDF files, or drag and drop your PDFs into the modal.
- Use the Choose project dropdown to select a specific project where your imported boards will be added. If you do not select a project, the boards will automatically be added to your Team.
- Click on Create boards to start the import process.
- A modal will appear to inform you that the boards are being imported. You will receive an email notification once the import is complete and your new Miro boards are ready.
- While Lucidspark and Miro have similar functionalities, there still may be differences in styling and formatting options. Refer to How Lucidspark objects appear in Miro (Bulk import) for guidance.

Limitations
While Lucidspark and Miro offer similar functionalities, some differences may exist:
- Miro Text boxes can accommodate up to 6,000 characters, including spaces. Any additional text will be cropped.
- Colors and styles are mapped to nearest matches.
- Opacity values from Lucidspark are not accurately extracted.
- Miro sticky notes do not support rotation, color palette adjustments, or text bulleting.
