) icon above the Creation toolbar.
- At the top of the Sidekicks panel, click on Sidekick to open the selection menu.

Create a Sidekick
- Click on the Sidekicks (
) icon above the Creation toolbar.
- At the top of the Sidekicks panel, click on Sidekick to open the selection menu.
- Click on Explore more Sidekicks in the dropdown.
- In the Explore more Sidekicks panel, select My Sidekicks.
- Click the Create button.
- Enter a Sidekick name, Description, Instructions, and Conversation starters. You can use AI to help improve your instructions or generate conversation starters.
- Optionally, you can select which LLM Model you’d like to use and attach Knowledge sources.
- Click Create to complete. You’ll be able to set permissions for your Sidekick to enable sharing with your team.
When uploading a Knowledge source to a custom Sidekick, keep the following in mind:
- Each file can be up to 10Mb.
- All files combined should not exceed 50k tokens.
- Files can be .pdf, .txt, .csv, or .md files (.txt and .md files should yield the best results).
💡 On average, 1 token ≈ 0.75 words (in English). So, 50k tokens is approximately 37,500 words. (This is about the same size as F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby.)
Include context from the board
When using a Sidekick, you can include context from the board in your prompt. This context can include any board objects, including stickies, formats, images, and other objects.
To include context, select one or more objects on the board before entering your prompt.
