Miro has introduced the Business + AI Workflows plan, which includes Flows and Sidekicks, and several advanced features, that help teams coordinate, visualize, and automate their work.
To access AI Workflows and advanced features on a Business plan, customers on the legacy Business plan must upgrade to the new Business plan.

What does the new Business plan include?
The Business + AI Workflows plan includes all the legacy Business features, plus AI Workflows and the following advanced features:
- AI Workflows
- Knowledge integrations
- 50 AI credits per member per month.

Impact on existing Business plan customers
Miro is replacing the legacy Business plan with the Business + AI Workflows plan. Meanwhile, upgrading to the Business + AI Workflows plan is voluntary.
Before you upgrade, you may be eligible to enroll in a 14-day free trial to experience the full range of features designed to enhance business performance, including AI Workflows.
Customers now on a legacy Business plan can continue using their Business subscription without disruption. However, legacy Business plan customers can access only the default Sidekick, and have a maximum of 5 Flow runs per member. The runs count does not reset.
Miro will sunset the legacy Business plan in approximately 1 year. Existing customers who do not upgrade will receive advance notice before any changes occur.
How to upgrade
Company admins and Billing admins can upgrade anytime. In Admin Console, go to Billing > Subscription.
✏️ If you have a coupon applied to your existing Business plan, then your coupon is retained when you upgrade to the new Business + AI Workflows plan.
