Prerequisites
To onboard as a new Miro admin, we highly recommend that you visit our Welcome Board. The Welcome Board defines technical concepts that are key to your success.
Before you start to configure Miro Enterprise, ensure that you do the following:
- The Company Admin role is assigned to you. The Company Admin has the highest permissions set.
- Understand the following key concepts from the Welcome Board:
- Roles and licenses
- Single sign-on (SSO)
- Team structure
- User Provisioning and Domain Control
- From the Welcome Board, access the interactive configuration checklists.
- If you would prefer to follow a physical document, review the PDF printable configuration checklist.
- Know your Enterprise licensing model.
