The Sensitive content detection tab on the Data discovery page displays a list of all configured custom business-sensitive labels, label status, type of label, the admin who created the label, the board classification associated with each label, the number of boards that are tagged with each label and the link to explore the boards. Additionally, Sensitive Content Admins can edit custom business-sensitive labels, and copy label display IDs from the Sensitive content detection tab.
✏️ To view custom business-sensitive data discovery results, you must have the Sensitive Content Admin role. To request for the Sensitive Content Admin role, contact your Company Admin.

- On the left sidebar, click Enterprise Guard, and then click Data discovery.
- On the Sensitive content detection tab, click the vertical three dots on the row of the label, and then click one of the following:
- Copy label display ID
- Manage classification
- Deactivate board scanning (or Activate board scanning if the label is already inactive)
- Edit label or Delete label — available for custom labels only. For built-in and Miro-managed labels, these are replaced with a disabled note reading "This label is managed by Miro and cannot be edited or deleted."
