Conditions Add keywords, infotypes, or widget types you want to detect and add this label to upon detection on a Miro board. You must add at least one condition.
If you add only keywords and don't select any widget type, Data discovery detects all boards that contain exact matches of the keywords you provided, across all supported board items. The current release supports the following board items for keyword detection: Sticky, Card, Jira card, Code block, Comments, Frame, Table, Connector/line, Shape, Text block, Kanban board, User Story map.
You can also select to detect only code blocks, Jira cards, Azure cards, or Prototyping screens, without adding keywords. Data discovery then detects all boards that contain those widget types.
If you add both keywords and widget types as conditions, both criteria need to be met for Data discovery to detect the board. This lets you refine your search and target boards more precisely.
✏️ If you change a label's conditions (keywords, infotypes, or widget types) and the label is already used in a classification, Miro shows a banner letting you know the change may reclassify boards and that guardrails linked to the classification may no longer apply. If you save anyway, Miro asks you to confirm the change. Select Save changes anyway to continue, or Cancel to go back and adjust the label instead. To avoid this, see Replace a label.
