This section provides basic knowledge about the Miro Developer Platform, and how to create a Developer Team in your organization.
Learn about the Miro Developer Platform
Miro provides an extensible platform that enables developers in your organization to integrate your private applications, and build new ones which extend Miro functionality.
The Miro Developer Platform includes tools, documentation, and samples to help your developer team build and deploy their own apps. The team can also submit their own applications to the Miro Marketplace.
💡 Ensure that you share information about the Miro Developer Platform with developers in your organization.
The Miro Developer Platform includes the following features:
-
REST API
Connects a third-party product to a Miro board, and enables communication with a database or server. Enables a data-exchange service not limited to Javascript or Typescript. -
WebSDK
Enables a developer team to build apps that interact with Miro boards. -
Live Embed
Embeds a Miro board into a third-party product, web application, or website, that users can view and edit as if they are working directly in Miro. -
And more
Miro Developer Platform also includes the SCIP API to manage user access, and technical resources for developers.
