Admin features:
With the upcoming Custom Terms of Service feature, admins will be able to create and manage organization-specific terms of service (TOS) directly in Miro. Admins can configure the title, description, link to the TOS, and control when changes are published. They’ll also have full flexibility to edit and manage the TOS as needed, making it easier to enforce company policies. Additionally, admins can use Audit logs to monitor TOS-related activities and track acceptance details.
User features:
Once custom terms of service are published, all Miro users will be prompted to accept them on a periodic basis, helping ensure continued awareness and compliance with organizational policies when using Miro.
