We’ve updated disposition policies to give you more control over when boards are automatically moved to Trash. When configuring a disposition policy, you can now choose whether the disposition period is calculated from:
- Last modified
- Last access
Why it matters
Different teams treat activity differently. Some mainly view boards, while others update them frequently. With the new options, you can:
- Target truly inactive content and keep workspaces tidy.
- Avoid moving reference boards to Trash just because they haven’t been edited.
- Better match your disposal rules to internal lifecycle and governance policies.
