To make it easier to choose the right capabilities for different teams and workflows, Miro is introducing Standard and Advanced Enterprise licenses.
Full is becoming Standard
If you’re currently on our legacy Enterprise licensing model with Full licenses, you’ll continue using the platform as you do today. Bi-directional Jira Cards integration inside Tables, AWS Cost Calculator, and nesting in tables will be available only with the new Advanced license as part of the migration to the new licensing model. Bi-directional Jira Cards integration on the canvas will continue to work on Full and Standard licenses. Your account manager will work with you to plan and support the transition, helping ensure it’s as smooth as possible.
Enterprise Advanced license
The Enterprise Advanced license is a new license type available in the Miro Enterprise plan that includes our most powerful capabilities for Engineering, Product, and Design teams managing complex product development. It is an optional upgrade.
Core Miro, plus purpose-built workflows for Product Acceleration
Both Standard and Advanced include the core Miro experience. This includes the flexible canvas, collaboration, templates, and the foundational capabilities that teams love.
In addition, the Product Acceleration solution helps teams go deeper in specific, high-value workflows, including:
- Technical Design and Specs: reduce engineering rework, create clear technical documentation, and generate reliable code in AI tools.
- Goals, Roadmaps, and Delivery: connect strategy to execution, surface blockers early, and manage cross-team dependencies.
The table below provides a summary of what’s included in Enterprise Standard vs Enterprise Advanced for these workflows.

FAQ
Does my entire organization need to move to the Advanced license?
No. Enterprise Advanced can be purchased for specific users and teams who need it. The rest of your organization can remain on their current licenses.
Do I need to do anything with my Miro Enterprise licenses right now?
No immediate action is required. If users are seeing Advanced license prompts or paywalls in the product, that is expected as those features require an Advanced license. Reach out to your account team, or contact us, if you have questions about what's right for your organization.
How does feature beta access work for the Enterprise Plan going forward?
As Miro releases new capabilities into beta, each one will be clearly labeled with a beta tag. If a beta feature is designated Standard, it will remain part of your license at no additional cost when it launches. If it is designated Advanced, you can continue to use and evaluate it during the beta period, with the understanding that ongoing access after general availability will require an Advanced license. We are committed to communicating this clearly upfront so you can plan accordingly.
How do I get more information on the new enterprise licenses?
Contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager for questions about your specific entitlements, grandfathering status, or licensing options. You can also contact us.
