Accelerate is Miro's primary Enterprise license: the most complete offering, built for the full range of work Enterprise teams run every day, from managing roadmaps and portfolios to designing best-in-class user experiences and strengthening technical system architecture, through AI Workflows, Prototypes, and purpose-built capabilities all connected to the tools you already use. If you're an existing Enterprise customer, you may be on Accelerate or Collaborate depending on your contract. This article explains what's included in each.

What's included in each license
Accelerate includes the full range of Enterprise capabilities, from AI Workflows and Prototypes to advanced roadmapping tools. Collaborate, the legacy Full and Standard license, covers core collaboration, planning, and integrations. The table below lists the full set of capabilities in each license.

FAQ
Why were Standard/Full and Advanced renamed to Collaborate and Accelerate?
If you were on our Advanced license, you're now on Accelerate: Miro's primary Enterprise license with the full range of capabilities. If you were on Full or Standard, you're now on Collaborate. The new names reflect what each license is built for. In both cases, your pricing, contract, and renewal terms are unaffected, and you've gained new features (like Engage and Nesting in tables) at no additional cost.
If I'm on a legacy license (Standard/Full), do I need to do anything right now?
Standard and Full are renamed to Collaborate automatically, with no changes to pricing or contract terms, and every license gains new features at no additional cost. For more information on how this impacts your organization, see this blog.
Does my entire organization need to move to the Accelerate license?

We're on Collaborate today and aren't sure we need Accelerate's features yet. What should we consider?
As AI and cross-functional workflows become part of how more teams work, the gap tends to close faster than expected — for example, as teams begin generating prototypes directly from board content, or need deeper integrations with tools like Jira and Azure DevOps for roadmap planning. Your Account Manager can walk through your team's current and near-term workflows and discuss how Accelerate's capabilities would enhance them.
Is Collaborate being phased out?
No, Collaborate remains a supported legacy Enterprise license, with the same security, compliance, and administrative capabilities as Accelerate, and continues to receive relevant feature updates. There's no forced migration or end-of-life planned. That said, as more Enterprise organizations adopt AI-driven and cross-functional workflows, Accelerate has become the default license for meeting those needs. Your Account Manager can partner with you on figuring out what's best for your organization.
How do I try Accelerate?
If a user tries to use a feature that belongs to the Accelerate license, they'll be given the option to notify admins that they'd like to try it out.
You can also contact your account team directly to arrange an organization-level trial in your production environment, using your real boards and data. AI features stay off until an admin enables them, and the trial expires automatically at the end.
We pay for add-ons today. Do we lose access?
No. Add-ons are purchased at the organization level, and that access carries over for everyone in the organization, whichever license they hold.
How does feature beta access work for the Enterprise Plan going forward?
As Miro releases new capabilities into beta, each one will be clearly labeled with a beta tag. If a beta feature is designated Collaborate, it will remain part of your license at no additional cost when it launches. If it's designated Accelerate, you can continue to use and evaluate it during the beta period, with the understanding that ongoing access after general availability will require an Accelerate license. We are committed to communicating this clearly upfront so you can plan accordingly.
