Mark an announcement as priority
When creating or editing an announcement, select the Priority announcement checkbox to mark it as high priority.
How priority works
- Only one announcement is shown to users at a time.
- Priority announcements are shown before non-priority announcements.
- If multiple announcements are eligible, they are shown in order of creation.
When to use priority announcements
- Critical updates
Communicate urgent or important information that requires immediate visibility. - Time-sensitive announcements
Highlight announcements that are relevant for a limited time. - Organization-wide communications
Ensure important messages are shown with higher visibility across the organization.
