In Miro, you can place emojis, stickers, and GIFs on your boards and modify them. Share feedback, express your emotions, and visualize your thoughts and ideas.

Stickers and emojis
Energize your Miro boards with stickers and emojis to add ownable moments with a playful touch to your content.
✏️ If you can't find the Stickers and Emojis app, download it from the Miro Marketplace. If you don't have app management permissions, please contact your Team Admin or Company Admin.
How to add stickers or emojis to a board
- Navigate to the creation toolbar on the left side of your board.
- Click Tools, Media and Integrations (
) icon and search Stickers and Emojis.
- Switch to the Stickers or Emojis tab at the top of the panel.
- Click and drag stickers or emojis onto the board.

You can add several emojis and stickers while keeping the library open.
Switch between different types of stickers on the horizontal menu.
Switching between sticker groups
Use search to find an emoji or a sticker quickly.
After adding an emoji or sticker, you can click on it to change its size and rotate it.
Change the default skin tone for your emojis by clicking Skin tone. Note that some emojis' skin tones cannot be changed (for example, emoji smileys).
Recently used emojis and sticker will appear in the Recent section on their respective tabs.
⚠️ Due to technical limitations, flag emojis are displayed as letters on Windows OS. Besides, there may be issues with displaying emojis on operating systems produced before 2018.
Interactive Stickers
Some Stickers include interactive features, such as changes to their appearance when board users click on a Sticker to indicate their agreement. You can find these Interactive Stickers on the horizontal menu on the Stickers tab.

How to add a GIF to a board
- Navigate to the creation toolbar on the left side of your board.
- Click Tools, Media and Integrations (
- Switch to the GIFs tab at the top of the panel.
- Click and drag GIFs onto the board. You can also use search to find a GIF quickly.
