If you have accidentally deleted your board from a free team, there is nothing to worry about - you can restore it, as long as you have a URL to it. Deleted boards can be recovered within 30 days after the removal date.
The easiest way to find the board link is to start typing the board name in your browser address bar/browser history or to search for the board name in the email inbox.
