Enhance your whiteboarding activity by using Miro on a Webex board. Set up the Miro app and easily start collaborating, presenting your ideas, and creating next big things!
There are two ways of adding the Miro app on a Webex board: directly from Control Hub or within the UI Extensions editor.
Adding the app from Control Hub
To add the app from the Control Hub, go to Devices and open the device (you need the device already registered to Control Hub, check this article in Webex Help Center to learn how to activate a Webex Board or Desk Device).

Scroll down and click Web Apps.
Getting to Web Apps on Webex Control Hub
Choose to add a new web app. Enter the app name that will appear under the web app icon on the home screen of the Webex board. Type in URL (for example, miro.com/displays to have a launch screen and experience optimized for interactive displays). Add a custom icon by entering this link in the Icon URL field (optional). Click Add and Save the results.

The device will sync automatically and you will see the Miro icon on the home screen of your Webex board.
Adding the app within the UI Extensions Editor
Open the web portal of your device and go to UI Extensions Editor.

Then you choose New on the panel of Extensions and click Add under Web App.

Enter the Id, Name, and URL on the left sidebar. Insert this link in the Web app icon URL field to add a custom icon (optional). Choose Always to have the Miro App available while in a call. Click the arrow button on the top bar to finish.

Working in Miro on a Webex board
Once the Miro icon appears on the home screen of your Webex board, push it and log in to your Miro profile. Now you can use Miro with all the functionality of the app. Learn more about working on Miro boards by checking these Help Center sections: Getting Started, Using Miro.
- To enjoy the best experience, we recommend using an ethernet cable over Wi-Fi
- Check your navigation mode and change it to trackpad or mouse if need be
- Use the mini-map in the bottom-right corner of the board to easily navigate across the board

Once you end the session and clean up, you will be automatically logged out of Miro.
