Use Miro AI to generate a complete board from a single prompt. For example, you can prompt Miro AI to create a workshop plan, a user story map, a GTM plan, or a meeting recap.
The output is a structured, editable starting point—frames, stickies, shapes, tables, kanbans, and interactive widgets—that you can refine to fit your needs.
Generate a board layout with Sidekicks
- Open any board.
- Click the Sidekicks icon at the top of the creation toolbar.
- Describe the board layout you want to create in the Sidekick panel.
For example: "Create a workshop plan for a 90-minute team kickoff." - Press ENTER on your keyboard, or click the response arrow.
Miro AI generates a board layout based on your description.
TIP: Be specific about the purpose, format and audience in your prompt. "Plan a quarterly business review for 5 product teams" produces a more useful layout than "create a board."
Generate a board layout with Flows
- On your Miro board, add a “Board Layout” generation node to a flow.
- In the node's prompt field, describe the board layout you want to create.
- Run the flow.
