We've introduced a new set of privileges that let Company Admins grant access to the Admin Console Analytics page, which shows dashboards on org-wide Miro feature adoption, usage, and Miro AI metrics, without requiring full company-admin rights. With this custom role-based access, BI engineers, data analysts, and other team members can get access to Analytics data without granting them full Company Admin rights. This decouples data visibility from admin control, so companies can extend Analytics access to the right people without expanding their broader admin footprint. Two new privileges are available under the Analytics category in Admin Roles:
- View Analytics: grants access to the Analytics page and its widgets.
- Manage Analytics: adds the ability to change page settings (currently limited to showing or hiding usernames).
Create or edit a role in Admin Roles, select one or both privileges, and assign it to a user. Once assigned, the user sees Analytics appear in their Admin Console menu. Removing the role removes access just as easily.
