This guide walks you through configuring automated user provisioning between OneLogin and your Miro Enterprise account using SCIM.

Note: this integration provisions users only. Group assignments aren't yet supported for OneLogin, so it doesn't sync OneLogin groups to Miro user groups or teams. If you also want to sync group membership, use one of Miro's other supported identity providers, or manage user groups directly.
Prerequisites
Before you configure automated provisioning, complete the following:
- Set up and confirm that SAML-based SSO is working in your Miro Enterprise plan. See Single sign-on (SSO) for instructions.
- Review Important to know and Rules under which Miro operates in the SCIM overview to avoid connection errors during sync.
Configuration
Create a connector application
- Go to the Applications tab on the top bar of the OneLogin admin center, then click Add App in the top-right corner of the Applications page.
In the search field, type "Miro" and choose the app listed as SAML, provisioning.
You can name the app whatever you'd like. Click Save in the top-right corner of the page.
Configure the application
- Go to Configuration in the left panel and enable API Connection, then add the API Token to the respective field. You can get it from the SSO section of your Miro settings.
- Go to Provisioning in the left panel and confirm your settings. By default, Create, Delete, and Update user require Admin approval before provisioning. To disable that, uncheck these options.
Your OneLogin SCIM application is now configured and working.
Assign users
Miro SCIM provisioning lets you provision and deprovision users in your Enterprise subscription. Users from OneLogin must be assigned to the Miro application to be automatically managed in Miro. To assign users to the application, follow these steps:
- In the Users directory, choose a user to assign and grant access to Miro, then click the Applications section in the left panel. Click the plus button in the top-right corner of the page.
Select the Miro app and click Continue. You can update the user's attributes on the following form, then click Save.
- If you disabled Admin approvals for the application, the user is provisioned to Miro immediately.
Admin approval
If Admin approvals are required for provisioning, the assignment shows a Pending status. To approve it, go to the Users section on the left of the Applications page, click the Pending status, then click Approve.
💡 If several users are waiting for confirmation at once, you'll see an option to bulk-confirm the assignments.
Your end user is now assigned and added to your Miro subscription.
