Content Explorer

Content Explorer gives admins one place to view, search, and manage boards in your organization. Depending on your admin role, Content Explorer lets you:

• Review and manage board metadata and settings, including sharing, access, and other board properties.
• Manage board lifecycle, including moving boards to Trash, restoring or permanently deleting them, individually or in bulk (up to 1,000 boards at a time), and viewing boards scheduled for automatic deletion.
• Search and filter boards based on various board properties and metadata, then open any board to view its details in a single panel.
• Review sensitive content that data discovery has detected on a board, jump straight to a match on the board, and hide matches that were detected incorrectly. Note that this feature is available only if you have the Enterprise Guard add-on.
• Track each board's lifecycle state, along with the retention or disposition policy that applies to it and when it takes effect. Note that this feature is available only if you have the Enterprise Guard add-on.
