Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Yes! Miro supports importing content from various other tools, including Mural and Lucidchart. The methods may vary depending on the platform.
Consider the following:
- For projects that are still in progress and require further iteration, we recommend importing the FigJam content as an image or PDF for reference, and then recreating the specific areas that need additional editing and changes using Miro's native tools. This allows you to fully leverage Miro's features for ongoing work.
- For projects that are completed but may need to be referenced in the future, importing the FigJam export as an image or PDF is a good approach. The content will then reside in Miro as the new source of record.
If you have a large number of boards to migrate, please contact your Customer Success Manager (if applicable) or Miro Support for information on potential assistance and alternative options.
