Overview
Connecting Google Workspace™ and Miro gives you a better way to collaborate visually from anywhere, with powerful, easy-to-use tools to boost engagement and creativity in meetings.
You can connect Miro to Google Drive, Docs, Meet, and Calendar.
✏️ Your Google Workspace administrator may need to install the Miro add-on for your Google Workspace organization or team. Please check with your administrator if it is not available. Learn more.
Installing the Miro add-on
Before you can connect the Miro add-on to Google Workspace products, you first need to install it. You can check whether you have it installed by looking at the sidebar in Google Docs or Calendar. If it’s installed you’ll see the Miro ‘M’ logo.
To install the add-on:
- Go to https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/miro/1062019541050
- Click Install.
- You will then be asked which account you want to connect to the add-on:
- When the add-on is installed, you’ll see the Miro icon on your sidebar:
- When the add-on is installed, you can use it to do the following:
- Add a Miro board to a calendar invite
- View and collaborate on boards in Google Meet
- Add a Miro smart chip with board preview to a Google doc
- Save boards to Google drive

I’m a Miro Admin. How can I install the Miro add-on for my organization?

I can’t install the Miro add-on. Why not?
Your administrator may have disabled the add-on, or you may need to ask your administrator to install it for you.
