Companies section helps you view and manage all organizations that have provided feedback or are associated with features in your backlog. This customer-centric view enables account-based product management and strategic decision-making.
In the companies section, you can see:
- All companies that have provided product feedback.
- Key metrics including feedback volume, total ARR impact, and feature requests.
- Engagement status showing the current stage of each company relationship.
- Request status tracking which companies have active feature requests.
Understanding company data
Company metrics
Each company entry displays important information:
- Company name and logo: Easy visual identification.
- Customer type: Whether they're a customer or prospect.
- Stage: Current relationship status (Closed Won, Prospect, etc.).
- Dollar value: ARR or deal size associated with the company.
- Total features: Number of features this company has requested.
- Total feedback: Volume of feedback provided by this company.
- Domain: Company website for quick reference.
- Activity dates: When the company was created and last modified.
Engagement indicators
- Closed Won: Active customers providing feedback.
- Prospect: Potential customers evaluating your product.
- Stage progression: Companies moving through your sales process.
Access from canvas
The companies section is also available through the Insights side panel on your Miro boards. This lets you view company information and requests, then add company context directly to your canvas for roadmap discussions and account-based planning decisions.
