The Team Content Admin role enables you to supervise all content for a given team. As Team Content Admin, you can manage access to Spaces, boards, and templates for a given team.
The Team Content Admin role is a team-level permission set. For organization-level permissions, see Content Admin permissions.
Team Content Admin permissions
A Team content admin has the following team permissions:
- Manage all content including boards and Spaces
- Manage content metadata and access rights for all boards and Spaces
- Create custom templates
- Export board archive

How to assign the Team Content Admin role
- As Company admin or User admin, in Admin Console go to Users > Admin roles.
- Click the Team roles tab.

Click anywhere on the Team Content Admin row.
The Team Content Admin view opens.💡 Alternatively, from the Team roles tab, at the end of the Team Content Admin row, click the three-dots (...) menu.
- Click Assign role.
The Assign Team Content Admin role modal opens. - Select the team where you want to assign Team content admin(s).
- Click Next.
The Select users step lists each member of the team you have selected. - Search by user name or email, and select the team member(s) you want to assign. Max: 50 members.
- Click Assign.
You return to the Users tab in the Team Content Admin view. You can see all users that have the Team Content Admin role assigned.
How to remove the Team Content Admin role
- As Company admin or User admin, in Admin Console go to Users > Admin roles > Team roles tab.
- Click Team Content Admin.
- Under Users, for the Team Content Admin you want to to remove, at the end of the row click the three-dots (...).
- Click Remove role from user.
