Pushing activity from your Miro boards to Microsoft Teams allows everyone on your team to be aware of new comments and mentions, any projects or team activities. This ensures that your entire team is on the same page and helps you keep track of Miro activities in Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft Teams integration
You can keep track of the following events:
- invitees sign up
- a board is shared with you
- there's a new comment or a reply to your comment on a board
- someone @mentions you in a comment or reply
First, you need to find Miro in Microsoft Teams Store. Please note that your tenant admin on the Microsoft Teams side should enable the Miro app within your 3rd party apps catalogue for Teams.

Enable Add for you toggle and hit Install

After it is opened, you need to type Connect command to the bot to authorize your Miro profile within your Microsoft Team.
Send a message to the bot
You will be redirected to the page to authorize your Miro profile and select the account that you would like to add to Microsoft Teams.
You will be redirected to the dashboard of this account and in Microsoft Teams you will see a greeting message from bot indicating that everything is set up and you will receive all notifications about the activity of your Miro profile.

If you received this message - you are good and from now on you will receive notifications of new comments and mentions.
Embedding boards into Microsoft Teams channels
You can embed your boards into the Microsoft Teams channels by creating the new tab.

Find Miro in the list of apps and select it.

In the next pop-up window, you need to choose the board that you would like to add to your Microsoft Teams channel.
After selecting the board, it will be embedded into the Microsoft Teams channel.
