The Miro timer helps to manage and track your time while running a collaborative session in real time. No matter if you are a team member, a group leader, or just want to manage your personal projects and meet a deadline, timer will help boost your productivity.
Using timer
The timer is located on the collaboration toolbar, under the Facilitation tools and Reactions icon in the top right corner of the board.

Click the timer button to open the timer, set the time period by either typing in the time or using the + and - options, and click the blue play button to start.
While the timer is counting down, you have the ability to stop, pause, and add more time to the timer. Click the +1m or +5m buttons to add time to the countdown.
To pause the timer, click the corresponding button.
To stop the timer and reset the time if needed, click the stop button.
The options are available for the user who started the timer as well as for other board editors who were explicitly invited to the board via email or have access to the board because they are part of a space or team in Miro.
The timer starts and ends for everyone on the board. You can minimize the timer and the toolbar icon will always show how much time is left.
When the time is up all the collaborators are notified visually and with a chime.
Built in music player: play music directly from the timer
When you are setting up the timer you have the option to select from a list of royalty-free music to play during your countdown.
