Table history & versioning lets you see who changed what in your tables and when. Track all field changes, column additions, and data updates across your team, so you can collaborate confidently, debug issues fast, and meet compliance requirements without leaving Miro.
View Tables history
- Click on your Table to show the context menu.
- Click on the More icon in the context menu.
- Select Version history from the menu.
The Version history panel will open on the side of your board. - Click on the arrow next to a date to reveal the version history for that date, including who made edits.
⚠️ While in beta, previews of previous versions are not available. Instead, you can Restore as a copy to review previous versions of your Table.
Restore a version
- From the Version history panel, click on the arrow next to a date to view the version history.
- Click on the Restore icon next to the version you'd like to restore.
- In the dialogue that opens, select whether you want to Restore as a copy on the board or Restore and replace the current version.
✏️ Restore as a copy will place a copy of the Table next to your current version of the Table.
