To manage team permissions, from your Miro dashboard select your avatar in the top-right. Go to Admin console > Security. Then open the Permissions tab.
Team permissions on Free, Starter, Business, Education plans
From the Permissions you can manage the following team permissions:
- (Business plan) Team signup mode
Specify how new members can join a team in your organization. The setting must be enabled by a Company admin. - (Business plan) Team invitation settings
Specify who can invite new members to join a team. For example, you can prohibit non-admin members from inviting new members. The setting must be enabled by a Company admin. - (Business plan) Collaboration settings
Enable and disable co-owner role. -
Sharing settings
Specify the default access and sharing permissions for boards and Spaces. -
Content security
Specify whether only team members have permission to copy board content.
