Which platforms: Browser, Desktop
From April to May 2026, Miro Engage becomes a paid add-on for Enterprise, Business, and Starter plans.
The Miro Engage add-on gives teams access to interactive meeting and workshop features, including live polls, word clouds, open-ended questions, scales, and ranking activities. It enables frictionless mobile participation for up to 2,000 participants via QR code with no Miro account required. Users can use Miro AI to instantly cluster themes, synthesize live response data and generate structured output like summary reports, presentation decks or visuals directly on the board.
To learn how to use these features, see Miro Engage.
Free, Education, Starter, and Business plans
Miro Engage will be available as a paid add-on for self-serve plans. More details on pricing, purchasing, and availability will be shared in May when we go live.
Enterprise
Enterprise organizations can utilize Miro Engage features through an agreed-upon trial or a full subscription.
Miro Sales: Purchases for Enterprise organizations are handled directly through Miro Sales.
Pricing: Enterprise pricing is based on a flat fee aligned with organization size rather than a per-seat metric.
User-level trials: Individual Enterprise users can activate a 7-day free trial directly in-product to explore Engage features on their own.
Org-level trials (sales-assisted):
- Company Admins can request a trial through a trial request form in the product or on the Miro website, which alerts the Sales team to enable the trial manually for an agreed duration.
- Enterprise Admins can manage Engage visibility and optionally limit access through admin controls.
- During a trial, the organization receives full access to Engage features.
- For activities created during the trial period, results remain visible, but users can't add new activities, reset/edit existing ones, or export results. Data is not deleted — if you later purchase Miro Engage, everything is fully restored.
User requests for access
If a member without access attempts to use a Miro Engage feature, they will see a Request access from your admin prompt. This action sends a notification to all Admins, who can then choose to start a trial or contact Sales to purchase the add-on.
Enterprise Admins receive a maximum of one email per week for access requests. Starter and Business Admins receive a maximum of one email per day.
